Xen Coding Academy was established in 2022 with a vision to bridge the gap between education and industry by creating skilled software developers from Wayanad. Recognizing the growing demand for qualified IT professionals and the shortage of local talent, we set out on a mission to empower students with practical, industry-relevant coding skills.
For many years, aspiring developers from Wayanad had to leave their hometown in search of quality technical training and career opportunities.
